Parts and Accessories Warranty
No Refunds, even exchange for the identical system/product
within the first week (5 business days) after receipt, only if it's
defective upon receipt. No exchanges after 5 business days. No
exceptions. Not responsible for typos or ordering errors resulting
from internet/web traffic/timeouts or dropped connections. @ Home
PC warrants it's custom built systems for 1 Year after receipt of
product to the original purchaser only, and is NOT transferable.
Warranty is waived immediately once a 3rd party, other than @ Home
PC or related companies' modifies or opens up any of the systems
built by @ Home PC. Extended Warranty can be purchased for every
computer system , please inquire via phone or email on prices for
specific systems.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling: Shipping and Handling fees are calculated
and added in the ordering process, unless noted otherwise. All
orders go through a 72hour burn in / testing period and are custom
built by our technicians and usually ship within one week after the
order is placed. (Special custom systems may take more time)
All shipments are sent insured for the total purchase price of the
system.
Exchange Policy and Procedure:
Exchange and RMA
All exchanges are at @ Home PC's discretion. We are not
responsible, nor liable for compatibility or configuration issues on
3rd party software or parts. Please retain all original packaging,
missing items will not be accepted. You must acquire an RMA# for all
returns and exchanges from @ Home PC. All package sent to us must
be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by @ Home PC, unless
otherwise discussed.
Any received packages without RMA# will be refused.
